Toasted Marshmallow S'mores Ninja Creami Protein Ice Cream

Instructions
Turn on the oven to Broil. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment. Place the mini marshmallows on top. Broil for 1-3 minutes until toasted to your liking.
30 grams mini marshmallows
Add the cottage cheese, protein powder, allulose, vanilla bean paste, toasted marshmallows, and coconut milk to the pint container. Blend with an immersion blender until smooth.
100 grams cottage cheese, 44 grams whey protein isolate, 2 tbsp allulose, 1 tsp vanilla bean paste, 1 cup coconut milk (beverage from the carton), 30 grams mini marshmallows
Freeze the base mixture for at least 24 hours on a level surface in your freezer.
When ready to eat, install the pint container into your Ninja Creami machine per the manufacturer's instructions. Press "Lite Ice Cream". When the machine is done, check the texture. If desired, do a Re-Spin.
Prepare the mix-ins for your S'mores creami. When the ice cream is done, stir in the crushed graham crackers, mini chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows. Enjoy!
