This clean & simple homemade ramen seasoning powder will make it easier to indulge in this delicious dish without the excess preservatives or hidden ingredients.

2 1/2teaspoonsonion powder
1 1/2teaspooncumin
1 1/2teaspoonground ginger
1 1/2teaspoonground black pepper
3teaspoondried parsley
3teaspoonssea saltsee notes
Optional flavor enhancers
dried chili flakes, dried chives, dried minced onionto taste, optional for more flavor
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a mason jar or other storage container. Whisk thoroughly to mix.
To Use: Add 1 tablespoon dried mix to a soup bowl. Pour about 1 cup of hot water into the bowl and whisk to combine (I use water from the boiled ramen). Taste & add additional salt if desired. Add cooked ramen noodles and enjoy.
Notes
This recipe is specifically formulated for dehydrated bone broth powder. If you use a chicken bouillon powder instead, please note that the sodium content is MUCH higher in bullion and you will need to cut the salt in this recipe quite a bit. I recommend dropping down to 1/2 teaspoon, however, you can omit it completely and just salt to taste each time you make a bowl.Regarding the sea salt: Bone broth and bouillon powders vary widely in sodium content. To avoid this from being too salty, I tried to err on the side of less salt, which means some of you will need to add additional salt to taste when you make a bowl. If you find that it is too salty for your taste, add more of the other seasonings to dilute it.
