Pre-heat air fryer to 400 degrees. Put your peeled & cubed butternut squash into a large mixing bowl.
Into a small bowl, add the garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, black pepper, paprika, cinnamon, chili powder, olive oil, and maple syrup. Stir to combine into a seasoning paste.
Pour your seasoning paste over the butternut squash in the large bowl. Stir to get all of the pieces evenly coated by the spice mixture.
Arrange the squash pieces in a single even layer on air fryer racks. Air fry the squash at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and soft all the way through when poked with a fork. If using more than one rack, rotate the racks halfway through to ensure even cooking.

Notes
Different air fryer models may vary in the amount of time and temperature needed to cook the squash. Keep an eye on your squash by checking on it halfway through. If it is browning too quickly without the middle softening, turn down the temperature.
