Instructions
Add the raspberries, protein powder, lime juice, allulose, and coconut milk to a Ninja Creami pint container. Use an immersion blender to blend until smooth.
Place a lid on the pint container and put it on a level surface in the freezer for 24 hours.
When ready to eat, install the pint container into your Ninja Creami machine per the manufacturer's instructions for your model. Press the "Lite Ice Cream" button.
Enjoy! This recipe should only need one spin, but if desired, use the "re-spin" function to make your ice cream your desired texture.
Notes
Use anywhere from 30-50 grams of vanilla whey isolate protein powder for this recipe. 30 grams gives a fluffier, soft-serve style texture. 50 grams will thicken it up.If you don't finish the pint in one serving, be sure to flatten the top with the back of a spoon before refreezing. When ready to eat again, you can spin it in the machine using the Lite Ice Cream button again.
