1 Air Fryer Using one with racks allows you to make more at once, but baskets work, too!
Ingredients
5mediumSweet Potatoes
1tablespoonOlive Oil
1 1/2teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonPaprika
1/2teaspoonBlack Pepper
1/2teaspoonDried Parsley
1/2teaspoonGarlic Powder
1/4teaspoonOnion Powder
1/4teaspoonChili Powder
1/4teaspoonCinnamon
Instructions
Wash your sweet potatoes. Using a fork, poke 4 sets of holes into each potato (2 per side). Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees.
Put all of your sweet potatoes in the microwave and cook them for 3 minutes. This softens them just enough to slice easily.
While your potatoes are in the microwave, add your olive oil to a small bowl followed by all of the spices. Stir to create a paste. Set aside.
Remove your sweet potatoes from the microwave and put them on a cutting board. Slice them in half the long way, then once again slice each half in half. Take your sections and cut them into 3-4 long wedges. Put the cut wedges into a mixing bowl.
Take your seasoning paste and add it to the bowl with the potatoes. Use your hands to mix so each wedge is evenly coated.
Evenly arrange your wedges on your air fryer racks or baskets. Make sure they are not overlapping.
Cook your wedges in the air fryer until tender and crisp, about 15-20 minutes.

Notes
We microwave the sweet potatoes to make them easier to cut, but not long enough to cook them. This will also slightly shorten the air fryer cook time, too, so it's worth doing. However, if you don't have a microwave, you can skip this step and add 3-5 minutes to your cook time.
