Turkish Cabbage Salad with Homemade Dressing

This vibrant and fresh kebab shop salad is the perfect quick throw-together salad to complete a meal.

This beautiful salad is made with red cabbage, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, and salt & pepper.

1. Gather Ingredients

Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage. Cut in half and de-core. Thinly slice cabbage and add to a large bowl.

2. Chop Cabbage

Remove the long stems from the parsley bunch. Finely chop the leaves and add to the bowl of cabbage.

3. Chop Parsley

Add the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, & pepper to a small dish or jar and whisk together.

4. Mix Dressing

Pour the dressing over the salad bowl. Toss to evenly coat. Serve immediately or refrigerate to serve later. This salad stays good for 2-3 days.
