Preheat grill to high heat. In a saucepan on the stove, add honey, OJ, soy sauce, and garlic. Cook on medium heat for 7-8 minutes, or until reduced by half.
Prepare a sheet of foil for each filet. Put each filet on a piece of foil skin-side down. Add 1 tsp of foil to each filet, followed by 1/4 of the seasoning mix.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of the glaze reduction to each salmon filet. Crunch up the sides of the foil to create a pouch to hold in the juices, but do not close the top.
