This deliciously juicy pork sirloin roast is marinated in a chipotle-orange marinade and slow-smoked to make a a flavorful and healthy meal everyone will love.
To make this pork roast, you need a boneless pork sirloin, chipotle peppers in adobo, onion, orange juice, an orange, garlic, olive oil, & spices.
Add diced onion and pork roast to a large ziplock. Add the rest of your ingredients to a blender. Blend & pour marinade on to the pork and onion. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
2. Make the Marinade
Heat your smoker to 250 degrees. Smoke the pork roast until it reaches 160 degrees. Remove from heat temporarily to add the orange juice.
When the meat reaches 160, add another 1/2 cup orange juice around the roast. Top with orange slices. Wrap foil around the meat to completely enclose it. Put back on the smoker.
3. Add OJ & Orange
Put the pork roast back on the smoker and smoke until the pork reaches 200-205 degrees F.
