Roast Beef & Cheddar Sliders on Hawaiian Rolls

These Hawaiian roll roast beef sliders are the perfect easy appetizer for New Year's Eve!

Hawaiian rolls, roast beef, cheddar, Worcestershire, dijon, butter, and spices make the BEST sandwiches!

1. Gather Ingredients

Slice the rolls in half so you have two slabs to work with. Place the bottom slab in a greased 9x13 baking dish.

2. Slice Rolls

Place half of the cheese slices evenly across the top of the bottom slab of Hawaiian rolls.

3. Layer Cheese

Fold each slice of roast beef into a small square to fit over top of each Hawaiian roll bottom.

4. Add Roast Beef

Place the rest of the cheese over the top of the roast beef. Place the top half of the Hawaiian roll slab on top.

5. Top Cheese Layer

Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Add the dijon, Worcestershire, dried minced onion, salt, and poppy seeds. Whisk to combine.

6. Make Butter Mixture

Spread the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls. Use a spatula to make sure every inch is covered.

7. Spread Butter Mixture

Place foil on top of the sliders. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 min. Remove the foil after 15 min so the tops can get crispy.

8. Bake Rolls

Use a large knife to slice apart the sliders so they're easy to grab. Serve with horseradish sauce (recipe link in post). Enjoy!
