1. Gather Ingredients
You will need brussels sprouts, oranges, ginger paste, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, & honey.

2. Quarter Brussels Sprouts
Preheat oven to 400. Wash your brussels sprouts and then quarter them with a knife. Put your quartered brussels in a mixing bowl.

3. Zest your orange & squeeze the juice
Use a zester to collect at least a teaspoon of zest, then quarter your orange and squeeze it to get 1/4-1/3 cup of juice.

4. Mix your sauce
Add your sauce ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk together. Mince your garlic and add that to the sauce.
