Ninja Creami Lemon Protein Ice Cream

Bright, creamy, & tart, you'll love this healthy protein ice cream recipe!

To make lemon protein ice cream, you need protein powder, coconut milk, allulose, lemon juice & extract, and cottage cheese.

1. Gather Ingredients

Add all ingredients to the pint container. Blend with an immersion blender until smooth.

2. Mix & Blend

Put a lid on the pint container and freeze on a level surface in the freezer for 24 hours.

3. Freeze 24 hours

When ready to eat, install the pint in your machine per instructions. Press "Lite Ice Cream".

4. Spin

After the first spin, you can remove the lid to check on the texture. If needed, you can do one or two re-spins.

5. Re-Spin
