Birria Nachos

These deliciously spicy birria beef nachos are topped with loads of veggies and melty cheese.

Birria beef, tortilla chips, Oaxaca, black beans, tomatoes, lime, cilantro, jalapeño, onion, and other veggies.

1. Gather Ingredients

Layer tortilla chips on a sheet pan. Spread out your birria meat, black beans, and cheese.

2. Layer Nacho Base

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Bake nachos for 10 minutes. While this bakes, prepare your pico de gallo.

3. Bake

Dice the onion & jalapeño. Sprinkle with salt and juice from a lime. Let that marinate while you chop the tomato and cilantro. Mix together.

4. Chop Pico Ingredients

Chop some romaine lettuce. Slice mini sweet peppers. Chop avocado or smash it into guacamole. Prep lots of delicious toppings!

5. Prep Other Toppings

Pull nachos out of the oven. Top with pico de gallo, lettuce, avocado, peppers, sour cream, hot sauce, or whatever you want.

6. Assemble
