Instant Pot Minnesota Wild Rice Recipe
Make this deliciously chewy and nutty grain the easy way-- right in your Instant Pot or pressure cooker!
1. Measure Rice
Measure out 16 ounces (1 pound) of wild rice. This recipe makes a large batch for freezing.

2. Rinse Rice
Place your rice in a colander and rinse. Wild rice is usually clean, but this will remove any debris from packaging.

3. Add rice & water to pot
Add your rice plus 5 cups of water to your pressure cooker. Place the lid on the pot and move the vent to sealing.

4. Cook & Natural Release
Cook your rice on high pressure for 30 minutes. Allow pressure to naturally release on its own to get all the water absorbed.
