Healthy Mini Peppers Stuffed with Sausage

 Healthy stuffed mini peppers made with colorful sweet mini peppers, homemade sausage, and low-fat cream cheese.

You will need lean ground pork, reduced-fat cream cheese, sweet mini peppers, parmesan, and seasonings.

1. Gather Ingredients

Combine all of the simple spices to make your own sausage seasoning. Also, set out the block of cream cheese to soften for 1 hour or until it comes to room temperature.
