Easy Baked Bison Meatball Recipe

This incredibly tender and juicy bison meatball recipe is packed with flavor! Enjoy with any favorite sauce!

1. Gather Ingredients

For the recipe, you will need ground bison, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs of choice, dried herbs and spices, some eggs, and a little water.

2. Add Seasonings to Bowl

Add your parmesan, parsley, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to a large mixing bowl.

3. Add Eggs, Water & Breadcrumbs

Add your eggs, water, and breadcrumbs to the mixing bowl and stir to combine.

4. Mix in Your Bison

Add your ground bison and mix with a large spoon or with your hands to thoroughly combine.

5. Portion Meatballs onto Baking Sheet

Scoop about 2 tbsp of mixture per meatball onto a baking sheet liked with parchment paper. This should make 34 meatballs.

6. Roll Meatballs until Smooth

Roll each meatball in your hand until smooth and arrange in rows on your baking sheet so they bake evenly.

7. Bake 

Bake your meatballs at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until no longer pink inside, but do not overbake.
