Easy Low Carb Fruit Salad with Vanilla Dressing

A delicious, low-calorie fruit salad to add more plants in your diet!

To make this delicious fruit salad, you need strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, peaches, plums, pineapple, apples, a lemon, and some no-sugar-added vanilla Greek yogurt.

1. Gather Ingredients

Wash all your fruit and then start with your apples. Chop them into bite-size pieces and put into a large bowl.

1. Chop Apple

Chop your lemon in half and squeeze the juice into the bowl of chopped apples. Stir to thoroughly coat all apples in the juice.

2. Squeeze Lemon

Chop your other fruits into similar bite-size pieces as the apples. Add them to the bowl of apples & lemon juice.

3. Chop Other Fruits

Add your no-sugar-added vanilla Greek yogurt (such as Two Good brand). Gently toss to combine yogurt with the lemon juice &  evenly coat the fruit. Enjoy!
