Copycat Chick-fil-A Kale Salad

This salad is HEAVEN! Crunchy kale & cabbage with an addicting maple-dijon vinaigrette, topped with sliced almonds.

You will need kale, green cabbage, olive oil, maple syrup, ACV, garlic, lemon juice, dijon, salt & pepper. Sliced almonds for topping.

1. Gather Ingredients

Wash and chop your kale into bite size pieces. Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and de-core. Thinly slice and chop. Add to salad bowl.

2. Prep Greens

Add all of your dressing ingredients to a mason jar, including a pinch of cayenne if you like some heat. Shake vigorously to combine.

3. Mix Dressing

Pour your dressing over your bowl of greens and massage with your hands to soften the kale and cabbage.

4. Massage Greens

Add the sliced almonds on top for garnish. You may also wish to add other toppings, like dried cherries or sunflower seeds.

5. Garnish

I love how easily this simple salad comes together. It's the perfect healthy side for your homemade chicken sandwiches!
