Deliciously Seasoned  Air Fryer  Sweet Potato Wedges

With lightly smoky spices & the sweetness of cinnamon, these wedges are highly addictive!

Gather Ingredients

For this simple & healthy recipe, you need sweet potatoes, olive oil, and some common pantry spices.

Prep Potatoes

Wash your potatoes & poke them 4x with a fork, 2 pokes per side.

Microwave Potatoes

Put all of your potatoes in the microwave for 3 minutes. This is simply to soften them for easy cutting, not to cook them.

Make Spice Paste

Put your olive oil in a small dish along with all the spices. Stir them to make a paste.

Slice Potatoes in Wedges

Carefully remove the potatoes from the microwave and slice them evenly into thin wedges. Place in a large mixing bowl.

Season the Wedges

Add your spice paste to the wedges and use your hands to mix. Make sure they are evenly coated.

Bake the Wedges

Arrange the wedges evenly on your air fryer racks. Air fry them at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes, rotating racks halfway through.
