Air Fried Butternut Squash with Wintry Spices

This has become one of our favorite seasonal veggies! Savory with still a bit of sweetness, this squash is addicting.

1. Gather Ingredients

You will need peeled & chopped butternut squash, maple syrup, olive oil, and seasonings.

2. Preheat Air Fryer

Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Peel and chop your squash if you are not using precut squash.

3. Prep Seasonings

Add all of your seasonings, oil, and maple syrup  to a small bowl and stir to combine.

4. Season the Squash

Pour the seasonings on your squash cubes and stir with a rubber spatula to evenly coat.

5. Airfry Squash

Arrange your squash in an even layer on your air fryer racks. Try to keep a little space between the cubes so all of the edges can get crispy.


Serve immediately. This squash is most tasty when warm. This side dish goes great with any weeknight dinner, but it's also festive enough to serve at holidays.
